What does a garden design cost?
A professional sketch design costs €250 to €600, including an intake visit, measurements and planting advice. If you have us build the garden as well, the design cost is deducted from the construction quote.
Can you design a low-maintenance garden?
Yes — it is our most requested design brief from international clients. The key is dense planting with ground covers (which suppress weeds naturally), sturdy shrubs suited to clay soil, and limiting the lawn. A well-designed low-maintenance garden needs just a few hours of care per month.
How long does the design process take?
From intake visit to final design typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. You receive a first sketch within 1 to 2 weeks and we refine it together based on your feedback.
